LANGUAGE ENGLISH KNOWLEDGE

Foreign words
English has gone through many periods in which large numbers of words from a particular language were borrowed. These periods coincide with times of major cultural contact between English speakers and those speaking other languages. The waves of borrowing during periods of especially strong cultural contacts are not sharply delimited, and can overlap. For example, the Norse influence on English began already in the 8th century A.D. and continued strongly well after the Norman Conquest brought a large influx of Norman French to the language.

The Non-standard English, According ''teflpedia'' refers to use of English, that is considered  to be sub-standard or not "proper". However, does not mean  cannot be used. the vast majority of the English language which we use today would certainly have been considered non-standard or incorrect at some point.    New words
The new words are rarely created 'out of the blue'. Word families Language users can both create new words and understand unfamiliar words, by making connections with other related words. A group of words that share the same root. is called a word family. For example, the use of 'diss' (as in 'Don't diss me') shows a creative use of language, forming a free-standing new word from the prefix used in words such as: dis-respect dis-like dis-agree. These languages have inflections for the gender of nouns. German also has inflections for the case (whether subject, object, etc.) of nouns.

 Donotation & Connotation
Connotation and Denotation are two principal methods of describing the meanings of
words. Connotation refers to the wide array of positive and negative associations that
most words naturally carry with them, whereas denotation is the precise, literal definition
of a word that might be found in a dictionary.
the English words or expressions whose denotation is completely different from their connotation because is a suggested or stereotypes that the people put to the other.
No is possible speak fluent language because a diary with speak with connotation are no use formal language and plus our society already accustomed to the connotation and will always talk that way.
